The quality of our Security Operators starts with selection. The process to hire the best officers/agents that will fit within each client’s budget are screened and investigated. We select applicants with clean criminal backgrounds, who can pass our strict drug testing program and who possess clean driving records. Employees will undergo background investigations, which include but aren’t limited to the following:
- Employment application review and reference verification.
- All licensed security officers must submit their fingerprints and photographs to the state and undergo a national criminal history check.
- Interview and testing to determine basic abilities for the position and suitability (right fit) for their post or assignment.
- Background check – Civil, Criminal, Sexual Predator.
- Pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Personal Protection / Bodyguard– All agents are current or former Law Enforcement, Veteran with an honorable discharge. All agents undergo advanced training to operate as an EP Agent.

Castle Group International's CRT consists of experienced security agents with specialized weapons and tactics training to provide enhanced security at high threat / remote locations or whenever a deployment calls for a temporary state of visibly heightened security. The CRT is recognized by their tactical BDU style Uniforms and overt tactical presence.
When local regulations permit or circumstances require, CRT Agents may be deployed with long guns (shotgun / AR 15) to combat serious threats.
