Castle Group International is a private protection and security firm providing executive protection, private client and family services, protective intelligence, secure travel, and specialized security solutions throughout the United States and internationally.
We believe effective protection is built on more than physical presence. It requires preparation, sound judgment, discretion, and an understanding of the people and environments we are entrusted to protect.
Our role is to identify concerns early, reduce unnecessary exposure, and provide the level of protection necessary for our clients to live, work, travel, and conduct business with confidence.
Intelligence. Protection. Continuity.

THE RIGHT PEOPLE MATTER.
Protective work places professionals inside some of the most private and sensitive areas of a client's life.
That responsibility requires more than technical ability.
Castle Group personnel are selected with particular emphasis on experience, judgment, discretion, communication, adaptability, and professionalism.
They must be capable of operating effectively when circumstances become difficult while possessing the interpersonal awareness to function appropriately around executives, families, children, household staff, corporate leadership, and other professionals.
We don't measure professionalism by how tactical someone looks.
We measure it by how they perform when the client is depending on them.
EXPERIENCE - JUDGEMENT - DISCRETION - COMMUNICATION - ADAPTABILITY - PROFESSIONALISM
Preparation matters. Judgment matters. Trust matters.

PROTECTION BUILT AROUND THE CLIENT
Castle Group serves executives, dignitaries, private clients and families, family offices, corporations, and organizations whose security requirements demand experience, discretion, and adaptability.
No two clients operate in exactly the same environment, and we do not believe protection should be approached as though they do.
Every assignment begins by understanding the client—their responsibilities, routines, movements, concerns, and operating environment. From there, we develop a protective strategy appropriate to the circumstances rather than forcing the client into a predetermined security model.
Whether protecting an executive during international travel, supporting a private family through everyday activities, assessing a developing concern, or responding to a complex security requirement, the objective remains the same:
Protect the client without unnecessarily disrupting the life or mission we have been entrusted to protect.

PROTECT PEOPLE. PRESERVE CONTINUITY.
ENABLE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT
Our mission is to provide intelligent, discreet, and dependable protection that allows our clients to continue living, working, traveling, and leading with confidence.
We work to understand potential threats before they become immediate problems, reduce vulnerabilities where possible, and place the appropriate personnel, planning, and resources around the client when protection is required.
Ultimately, our responsibility extends beyond responding to risk.
It is helping ensure that life and business can continue despite it.

SECURITY SHOULD SUPPORT THE CLIENT - NOT CONTROL THEM.
Protection is most effective when it works naturally within the client's environment.
For some clients, that requires a visible protective presence. For others, the appropriate approach is deliberately unobtrusive. Most situations require the ability to move between the two as circumstances change.
Castle Group approaches security with that flexibility in mind.
We consider not only threats and vulnerabilities, but also schedules, family dynamics, professional responsibilities, travel, privacy, public exposure, and the realities of everyday life.
The objective is not to build unnecessary barriers around the client.
It is to create an appropriate layer of protection that provides security while preserving as much normalcy, privacy, and freedom of movement as circumstances allow.support their ability to operate efficiently in demanding personal and professional environments.
Whether coordinating transportation, managing secure travel logistics, supporting family activities, or handling time-sensitive tasks, our professionals work to reduce distractions and create the conditions that allow clients to remain focused on what matters most.
Our approach is built around a simple principle:
The fewer concerns our clients need to manage, the more effectively they can lead, work, travel, and live.

UNDERSTAND FIRST. PROTECT ACCORDINGLY.
Effective protection begins with information.
Before determining how to protect a client, we work to understand the environment in which that protection will take place. Potential threats, vulnerabilities, locations, movements, schedules, transportation, public exposure, and contingency requirements can all influence the protective strategy.
Our approach follows four fundamental principles:
ASSESS - Understand the client, environment, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.
ANTICIPATE - Identify where problems may develop and how changing circumstances could affect the client.
PLAN - Position the appropriate personnel, transportation, intelligence, logistics, and contingencies.
PROTECT - Execute the plan, remain adaptable, and respond appropriately as circumstances change.
The better we understand the environment, the better positioned we are to protect the client within it.

INTELLIGENCE SUPPORTING OPERATIONS. OPERATIONS INFORMED BY INTELLIGENCE.
Strategic Interdiction & Surveillance (SIS) - is the operational capability behind Castle Group International.
SIS brings protective intelligence, operational planning, surveillance, logistics, and field operations together within a common framework so that information gathered before and during an assignment can directly support protective decisions.
The concept is straightforward:
Understand what is happening. Determine what matters. Put the appropriate resources in place. Remain prepared to act when circumstances change.
This integration between intelligence and operations allows Castle Group to approach protection as a continuous process rather than a collection of separate services.

TRUST IS PART OF THE ASSIGNMENT.
When a client engages Castle Group, we may be given access to far more than an itinerary or security requirement.
We may become familiar with residences, workplaces, travel plans, family routines, business activities, personal concerns, and other information that requires absolute discretion.
We understand the responsibility that comes with that access.
Our commitment is to protect not only the people entrusted to us, but also their privacy, confidence, and trust.
Every assignment—regardless of its size—is approached with the understanding that our reputation is ultimately determined by how we conduct ourselves when the client is relying on us.
PROTECTION CAN BE CONTRACTED. TRUST HAS TO BE EARNED.
YOUR SECURITY REQUIREMENTS ARE PERSONAL. THE CONVERSATION SHOULD BE TOO.
Whether you are addressing an immediate concern, preparing for travel, evaluating protection for your family or organization, or simply determining whether additional security is appropriate, the conversation begins with understanding your requirements.
A member of Castle Group will speak with you directly, assess the situation, and help determine the appropriate level of support.
The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Castle Group International is a United States Navy veteran and security professional with more than 30 years of experience in executive protection, investigations, surveillance operations, protective intelligence, and security management.
Throughout his career, he has supported corporate leaders, private clients and families, public figures, attorneys, diplomatic personnel, and members of royal families. His work has required the ability to operate across a wide range of environments while maintaining the judgment, discretion, and adaptability expected when entrusted with the safety and privacy of others.
His experience shaped a straightforward view of protection: effective security begins before a threat becomes immediate. Understanding the client, recognizing vulnerabilities, assessing the environment, and anticipating potential problems are as important as the ability to respond when circumstances change.
That philosophy led to the creation of Castle Group International and the development of Strategic Interdiction & Surveillance (SIS)—an operational framework designed to bring protective intelligence, planning, surveillance, investigations, and protective operations together in support of the client and the mission.
Today, that same philosophy continues to guide Castle Group: understand the environment, prepare deliberately, operate discreetly, and provide clients with the protection and support necessary to preserve their security, privacy, mobility, and continuity.
“The most effective protection is not measured by visibility, but by the ability to identify risk before it becomes disruption.”
